Es Importante que el alumno de la carrera de Ingeniero Mecánico Administrador e Ingeniero Mecánico conozca y utilice las herramientas básicas necesarias para aplicar la Ingeniería Industrial como parte de su desempeño profesional. Estas herramientas tienen una acción determinante en la planeación y control de un proceso productivo, desde el manejo físico de inventarios, el proceso en si mismo y hasta el manejo de empaques y embalajes.
The course includes a combination of lectures, several interactive sessions, assigned readings, individual assignments, exams, a team project, and a final exam. The lectures and interactive sessions will provide the conceptual framework for the course and supplement the assigned readings.
It will be to the student's advantage to read the assignments prior to the lecture date so that questions that may arise can be discussed to a greater extent. The student is expected to have a good understanding of the lecture and reading materials, whether the material is presented in class or not.
